Charger brand

evec

A UK EV-charging brand serving households, installers and developments, with an emphasis on accessible smart charging.

evec supplies charging equipment for homes and businesses, with installer and housebuilder services alongside its consumer offer. Its domestic range includes different enclosure colours and fixed-cable or socketed choices. Solar compatibility is also part of the home-charging offer.

The company provides a helpdesk, troubleshooting requests and published warranty information. Its optional grid-services programme is separate from the charger hardware: rewards depend on eligibility and the programme’s terms, including smart-meter and charging-behaviour requirements. Those conditions matter when assessing an offer that combines equipment with ongoing rewards.

This overview is based on manufacturer information, not hands-on testing. See our editorial standards for how we check charger information.
