Who we are

EV Charger Megastore (evchargermegastore.co.uk) is an independent, non-commercial content site operated by Artur Kazusek. For any privacy question, emailoffice@evchargermegastore.co.uk.

What data we collect

We don't run user accounts, forms, or lead capture on this site. The only data collected is anonymised-where-possible analytics data via Google Analytics 4, and only once you've given consent through the cookie banner:

• Pages visited, time on page, referring site/search term
• Approximate location (city/country level, derived from IP)
• Device, browser, and screen size

We do not currently run advertising cookies (Marketing category in the cookie banner exists for future use but has nothing wired to it yet - see our editorial standards).

Cookies

We use a consent banner with three categories: Essential(always on, required for the site to function), Analytics(Google Analytics 4, only with your consent), and Marketing(not currently active). You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Legal basis

Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and PECR). You can withdraw consent at any time with no effect on your ability to use the site.

Third parties

Analytics data is processed by Google via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. SeeGoogle's Privacy Policyfor how Google handles this data. Data retention and IP-handling settings are configured in our Google Analytics account.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. Since we don't collect identifying data outside consented analytics, most requests will simply mean withdrawing cookie consent. You can also complain to theUK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the "last updated" date above whenever this policy changes, particularly if the Marketing category above ever becomes active.
