Match the full manufacturer part number (MPN), including its suffix, when comparing prices. A retailer's own stock code can be different. Confirm connectivity and hardware revision for the unit supplied.

A socketed charger with a locking option
Easee One has a Type 2 socket. It can lock a separate cable in place, which gives a tethered-style daily routine, but this does not make it a second factory-tethered model. Check whether a retailer’s bundle includes a cable before comparing its price with the bare charger.
The official UK product page identifies One as a single-phase home charger. Do not substitute specifications from Easee’s differently named 22 kW products. Charge Max is a separate model with different metering and warranty provisions.
Planning the parking space
A compact box does not eliminate the need for cable space. Check the vehicle inlet in its usual parking position, where the lead will hang and whether anyone walks across its route. A removable lead can leave a clearer wall; a locked-in lead avoids unpacking it for every session.
Choose cable capacity and length with the installer. A longer cable is not a way to increase charging speed, and the car’s AC limit still applies even when the charger and circuit can supply the full rating.
Equalizer and multiple chargers
Sharing the available circuit capacity between compatible chargers is different from measuring the whole household’s demand. Easee documents support for up to three One units, while automatic property load management and solar charging need the appropriate Equalizer arrangement.
Have the installer specify that monitoring hardware explicitly. An accessory pictured next to a charger is not proof that it is included. For a future second car, discuss the electrical design now rather than assuming another charging unit can simply be added later.
Connected and local operation
Wi-Fi and the mobile connection support online functions, while the current installer guide describes Bluetooth local operation. The guide also explains ownership transfer after commissioning. Make sure the installer hands the charger to your account and leaves you the necessary records.
Built-in fault detection does not settle every installation requirement. In particular, the need for external protection depends on the circuit and installation conditions. Have an authorised electrician make that assessment; this page does not replace the installation instructions.
Prices and warranty
Our prices compare black product 10523 without a cable or Equalizer. They exclude installation and delivery, and are snapshots rather than continuing offers. Easee Charge, Core and Max are different models and are not included.
The UK guarantee is three years, subject to the manufacturer’s conditions. Retain your invoice, serial number and installation documentation. See the Easee brand page for company context and the charger directory for other models. This page is documentation-led, not a hands-on review.
Manufacturer documents and sources
Specifications apply to the UK models identified above. Follow the instructions for the exact unit supplied; a product summary is not an installation manual.
